The Mad Mexican Hotdog

A wonderfully spicy chicken hotdog featuring mince, beans and cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rainbow Chicken Cheese Russian Sausage
  • 50 g Bean and Spicy Mince
  • 1 Hot dog roll
  • 80 g Grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pan fry the mince with chopped onion, chilli and 3 bean mix until the mince is cooked thoroughly
  • Boil the Cheese Russian from defrost for 2-3 minutes
  • Cut the hot dog roll longways
  • Butter the roll
  • Add the warm mince to the roll first than add the Chicken Cheese Russian
  • Top with the cheddar cheese for a Mexican feast
